4) Analyse & Troubleshoot Network & Server Connectivity Issues
5) Maintain Overall Ownership of User Issues & Services Ensuring that They Receive Resolution Within a Reasonable Timeframe
6) Troubleshooting Running Os & Software I.e. Window Xp, 7,8,10 Server 2003/2008/2012 & Ms Office, Mcafee, Symantec, Quick Hill
7) Troubleshooting Peripheral Device I.e. Printer, Scanner
8) Call Logging with Oems (hp, Dell, Microsoft)
9) Installation of Device Drivers & Hardware Components.
10) Handling Servers and Networks
