Signing off on ranging concepts, new product opportunities, promotions and point of purchase solutions. Nurturing high-level relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
Ability to think from the customer perspective and devising marketing strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.
Using on-field expertise and insights to integrate and position the product in key areas as well as inside stores.
Evaluating information related to sales, promotions, competition and market research.
Developing and presenting effective proposals to all stakeholders as well as negotiating sales contracts and marketing strategies with them.
Co-ordinating with the corporate team and providing on ground feedback on a regular basis.
Required Experience, Skills
Graduate with prior experience of 3-5 years in the FMCG industry Have previously worked in any of the leading FMCG companies
Understanding of the Hyderabad FMCG market and its functioning Possess strong leadership qualities who are passionate about Sales & Marketing
Out of the box thinkers that can deliver key metrics and targets to achieve top line results
Deep understanding of the retail and wholesale landscape in India with prior interactions with sellers and distributors is desirable.
