1. Walk-in customer Handling & generate leads
2. Build a broker Network
3. Coordinate with customer & broker and close the deal on its own.
4. Follow up of Clients and project Briefing
5. Have deep knowledge of Real Estate Sector & changing marketing trends.
6. Work closely with the marketing functions to establish successful reports, channel and partner programs.
7. Developing effective sales strategies.
8 Oversees daily sales activity.9. Meet with major clients.
