life Cycle Management) and Operations/finance. Ideal Candidate Should Be An Mba in Human Resources with Great
communication Skills.
responsibilities :
1) End to End Recruitment Process:-
a) Candidate Pipeline Management. Sourcing &screening Profiles from Various Job Portals Doing The
1st Level Screening. Coordinating with the Candidatetill He Joins the Organization.
b) Compensation Structure, Contracts
c) Offers, Orientation and Onboarding. Taking Care of the Joining Formalities. Handover of Id Cards
to the Selected Candidates Post Completion of the Joining Formalities. Assisting Induction.
d) Plan and Conduct An Induction Programme for Thenew Hires.

2) Attendance and Leave Records:-
a) Keeping a Track of the Attendance of the Employees.
b) Keeping a Track of the Leaves Taken.

3) Employee Engagement:-
a) Keeping a Track On Employee Turnover and Exit Rate.
b) Taking Initiatives to Engage the Staff to Their Work.
c) Taking the Surveys in Order to Understand Their Engagement Level and Accordingly Take Actions.
d) Planning Events or Activities Regularly or On Some Occasions, Getting Those Approved By Senior
management and Implementing Those.

4) Operations:-
a) Supervise a Team of Support Staff to Ensure Smooth Functioning of Pune Office
b) Coordinate with Financial Operations Team to Manage Petty Cash, Expenses, Capex, Payroll Etc.
c) Coordinate Travel, Stay Arrangements of Foreign and Domestic Travel
d) Coordinate with Support Staff to Manage Office Infrastructure and Office Facilities
including Official Guest Houses
required Skills 1. Minimum 1 Year of Experience
2. Proven Working Experience in Hr
3. Result Oriented
4. Decision Making Ability
5. Excellent Written and Communication Skills in English
6. Strong Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office
7. Pg Degree (specialization in Hr)
