3) Good in Communication, Fluent English Specking, Drafting Letters.
4) Attending Incoming & Outgoing Calls and Maintaining Records for Them.
5) Responding the Telephonic Call and Carry Out the Conversations Politely and Timely Manner.
6) Seeking Appointments for Meeting.
7) Maintaining Calendar of Appointments.
8) Preparing Presentation and Making Arrangements for Meeting.
9) Maintaining all Administration Work and Filing.
10) Handling Responsibilities in Absence of Specific Authority.
11) Manage Important Documentation
