Business Development personnel have to promote projects and ideas of roof top solar or Grid Complete control of co-ordination with Customers, Project Management Team, Vendors and Sub-contractors to ensure 100% OTD (On Time Delivery)

New Solar Business Development (from scratch) Tendering & Retail Sales Opportunities in terms of Sales, New Account Development and Customer Development.
Responsible for project development of rooftop solar power projects from conceptualization to execution including understanding of state, analysing of state solar policy, state utility, space availability, solar generation, Site survey/selection, technical requirements, permits & approvals, vendor development, etc.
1. Frame and develop Sales & Marketing strategy and enhance the Market Share of Business through various existing and new customers / new projects.
2. To develop infrastructure for multiple solar power projects, ensure execution of development works for projects within time at budgeted parameters.
3. Prepare approaches suitable for lead generation and sales realization in the given territory
4. Provide solar business solutions for Corporate and Industrial
5. Establish annual sales and business plans.
6. Achieve annual Business targets set with the Management.
7. Work with different Costing models to arrive at pricing and for contract agreement.
8. New Business Development activities.
9. Drive new projects in line with the Customer’s Requirements.
10. Have the understanding of state policies, project costing, etc. to participate into solar rooftop tenders.
11. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
12. Conduct detailed site evaluations for targeted projects, including but not limited to, due diligence review, proposal development and project execution.
