Roles and Responsibilities
Front face toward Customer, Staff and Management.
To arrange and coordinate meetings & conference / seminar / Training internal or external and to coordinate essential hospitality for visitors as required
To workout tour itinerary & manage Flight / Train / Bus / Hotel bookings as required
General Data entry and Admin work as required
Ensuring the timely payments of electricity bill of office & store, telephone/ mobile bills and the rental part of products & property.
To File documents and perform other routine clerical tasks as assigned
Cost effective dispatch & Courier with proper Register
End-to-end vendor management for various types of services.
Set up all admin. policies and procedures.
Keep a track record of AMC agreements, renewals, etc.
Maintenance and procurement of stationery, housekeeping material, any other admin. related material or as assigned to the admin. department.
Manage maintenance, repair & replacement of office equipment, appliances, furniture, furnishings, vehicles, etc.
Coordinate with various departments for admin. related requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Female candidates only
Willing to travel within and outside Pune (Delhi, Hyderabad and Bangalore etc.) for office coordination whenever required
Relevant experience in office admin. management
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, E mails and Internet.
Graduate with relevant experience of minimum 1 Yrs.
Good communication skill.
Candidate near to MIDC Bhosari - Pune would be preferred.
