Experience :- 3-4 years of experience in Administration



Qualification :- Minimum Graduate



Functional Competency:-

The administrative executive is responsible for providing administrative support to the executive in a professional and timely manner. The administrative executive works one-to-one with the team on a wide variety of matters. The candidate must be flexible to meet the demands of our growing organization. The ideal candidate will have a cheery disposition, impeccable
organizational skills, and prior experience in an Administration Role.



Job Responsibility:-

Arrange executive travel, hotel and dining arrangements as needed.
Maintain strong relationships with vendors and keep price data in order to get the best pricing on supplies and services.
Produce professional-quality reports, presentations and briefs.
Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records.
Schedule in-house and external events.
Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments.
Looking after all other administration related work.


Skills:-

1) Advanced PC skills, including Microsoft Office Applications
2) Expert MS Excel skills



What we are looking for:-

Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role Solid knowledge of office procedures.
Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically).
Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail.
High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
